The following table lists the various meetings held by Washingborough Parish Council and its Committees during 2020.

All meetings held after the Chairmans Action Group (April onward) were held remotely under The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020

Abbreviations

1. CAG = Chairmans Action Group,
2. EO = Extra Ordinary meeting,
3. F&GP = Finance and General Purposes Committee,
4. FPC = Full Parish Council meeting.

Notes

1. Each link opens a new tab containing an Accessible PDF/A document.
2. The Chairmans Action Group comprises the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council and the Chairmen of Committees. It is called to take action upon time critical matters when the requirements of calling a full council cannot be met due to the urgent nature of the business concerned.
3. The Annual Council meeting always follows an Election of the Council, normally in May (in those years without an Election, the meeting occurs in May), and is the meeting at which the Chairman, other officers and Committees are voted into office. In 2020, it was decided not to hold the Annual Council meeting and for elected officers to remain in post until the next due Annual Council meeting in May 2021.
4. The Annual Parish Meeting is the meeting at which the Council reports the results of its activity to date to members of the Parish.
