    1. Election Expenses,
    2. Declarations of Acceptance of Office,

    4. Dispensation Requests and

  2. Election of a Chairman and the signing of the Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
  3. Election of a Vice Chairman.
  4. Appointment of the Finance & General Purposes Committee and the respective Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
  5. Appointment of the Staffing Panel and the respective Chairman.
  6. Confirmation of the continuation and appointment of representatives
    1. Pike and Eure/George Walker Educational Foundation,
    2. Washingborough Garrett’s Charity and
    3. Four Parishes Cluster Group.
  7. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
    1. apologies and reasons for absence,
    2. declarations of interest,
    3. applications for dispensation.
  8. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on the 19th April 2023 to be approved as the Minutes.
  9. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum (any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).
  10. To discuss and resolve applications for Co-option to the Parish Council from Mrs L Hannah and Mrs W Skelton.
  11. Clerks Report (for information only).
    1. To advise that Washfest will take place on 24th June 2023,
    2. To note that the Clerking team wish to postpone the Craft Fair until 2024,
    3. To advise that the Environment Agency will be carrying out a survey of the River Witham during May to assess if the site is suitable for the River Surveillance Network (RSN)..

  13. Internal Audit Report
    1. To note the Internal Audit Report for the financial year 2022/23 conducted on 21st April 2023 and resolve any recommendations from the report.
  14. To discuss and resolve the following items:
    1. Annual Maintenance quotes for Council Buildings,
    2. To hold the Macmillan Coffee Morning Event – 29th September 2023,
    3. The request from Washingborough Netball Club to have an additional court painted on the playing field,
    4. Consideration of barriers at the entrance to the car park of the Community Centre/Playing Fields to prevent occasional anti-social behaviour,
    5. To update on the agreed meeting with Washingborough Bowls Club,
    6. Re-starting the Warm Room as a Coffee Morning October 2023 to March 2024,
    7. Attendance on core training within the LALC annual training scheme,
    8. Commencement Time for the June 2023 – April 2024 Full Parish Council Meetings.
