1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
- apologies and reason for absence
- declarations of interest
- applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 16 November 2022 to be approved as the minutes
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum (any items raised that need resolution will be an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).
4. Clerks Report:
- To note the purchase of a replacement panel for the large multi play equipment, of £606.09 due to vandalism.
5. To discuss and resolve the following items:
- Openreach Wayleaves Team - Wayleave Application to install approx. 165 meters of duct & cables, one joint chamber and all associated cables & fittings,
- Supporting LCC Cllr Cawrey in the request for Highways to look at the problems caused by large vehicles using School Lane,
- The deferral of the grant application decisions, for financial year 2023/24, to the January meeting, following the F&GP precept meeting,
- Possible ways to mark the Coronation of HM King Charles III,
- The start-up of a Warm Room facility, from January 12th 2023, to March 30th 2023 to be held on alternate Thursdays between 9.30am — 12.30pm and to draw up a rota of Councillor volunteers,
- For the Clerk and Assistant Clerk to look into holding a Craft Fair in the Community Centre in 2023,
- Additional charges for all Community Centre hirers when heating is left switched on at the end of bookings,
- Cllr Peck's proposal to invite Dr Caroline Johnson MP to the Annual Meeting in March 2023,
- Updates from Working Parties:
- Play Park.
