1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 12 October 2022 to be approved as the minutes
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum
4. Clerks Report:
  1. To advise that the Annual Play Equipment Inspection has taken place. The areas and equipment have the rating of ‘Very Low’ or ‘Low’ which means there are no defects or faults,
5. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. Signing up to the NALC& SLCC Civility and Respect Pledge,
  2. Lincolnshire Police Priority Setting Meeting,
  3. A Scarecrow / Flower Pot Figure Festival - Summer 2023,
  4. The date for the Annual Parish Meeting and suggestions for an invited speaker,
  5. The procurement for Electricity from ESPO for 2024 – 2028,
  6. To consider the possibility of starting a ‘Warm Rooms’ scheme,
  7. Updates from Working Parties:
    1. Play Park.

7. Financial Matters
  1. To resolve the payment schedule for November and note the salaries payments (to follow),
  2. To receive the accounts and budgets for October 2022 (to follow),
  3. To receive and sign the Unity Trust Bank statement for October,
  4. To resolve the increase to the 2023 renewal for the Scribe accounting system,
  5. To resolve the quote for the replacement windows, for the office, from Jeff Keen Building Services (JKBS).

9. To resolve moving into Closed Session (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
10. Staffing Panel
  1. To advise that the Clerks Appraisal has taken place,
  2. To recommend that as the Assistant Clerk has completed the six-month probation period, the appointment is made permanent.
