In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
1. apologies and reason for absence,
2. declarations of interest,
3. applications for dispensation.

Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 15th March 2022 to be approved as the minutes.

To discuss matters raised at Public Forum (any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).

Clerks Report (for information only).
1. To advise of the cuts by Lincolnshire Police of the local PCSO’s
2. To advise of the Notice of Uncontested Election for Parish Councillors for Washingborough

To receive the notes from the Finance & General Purposes Committee Meeting of 17th April 2022 and resolve recommendations regarding Earmarked Reserves and updates to the Grants Policy and application forms

To discuss and resolve the following items.
1. The letter from Washingborough Bowling Club regarding grass cuttings and the Service Level Agreement between the Council and themselves,
2. The request from Washingborough Imps Netball Club for advice on the cleaning and condition of the MUGA courts.
