In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
- apologies and reason for absence,
- declarations of interest,
- applications for dispensation.

Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 18 January 2023 to be approved as the minutes.

To discuss matters raised at Public Forum.

Clerks Report:
- To advise that the Tree Survey for Chapel Park has been completed, with only two areas needing work.
- To advise that the upgrade line to the Telecoms mast, by BT Open Reach has been laid.
- To advise that the windows in the Civic office have been replaced and blinds ordered.
- To advise that two new litter/dog bins have been purchased and will soon be in situ in the village.
- To advise that communications have been received regarding rental levels for the Telecoms mast

To discuss and resolve the following items:
- The proposal, from Cllr Mrs Gibbons, regarding a regular community litter pick.
- Parish Council Meeting dates and times for May 2023 – May 2024.
- To seek quotes for all annual maintenance works, to ensure best value for money.
- To discuss the quote for replacement windows and doors for the Community Centre.
- To discuss the Commemorative Seat for the Coronation of HRH King Charles III and possible new planters for the Community Centre.
