  1. Public Forum.
  2. Reports from LCC and NKDC Councillors.
1.  a. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.

     b. To discuss and resolve the application for Co-option regarding a Parish Council vacancy.

2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 20 July 2022 to be approved as the minutes.
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum.
4. Clerks Report:
  1. To advise of the delay of the possible new sewer pipes, which may cross Council land.
  2. To advise that the annual PAT testing, emergency lighting and five yearly electrical inspection (EICR) have been carried out.
  3. Response from LCC regarding residents’ requests for the speed indicator sign to be used on Fen Road and Main Road.
  4. To advise that planning application 22/0362/FUL is being discussed at North Kesteven District Council Planning Committee Meeting on 18th October 2022.
  5. To advise that the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan is in its ‘Examination’ stage with Secretary of State.
  6. To advise that the Annual Governance Accountability Return 2021/22 has been signed off by the External Auditor.
5. To receive the notes from the Finance & General Purposes Committee Meeting of 10 October 2022 and to resolve the following recommendations:
  1. The contractor to install the CCVTV and Alarm Systems.
  2. The contractor to install the windows in the Community Centre and the associated dressings.
  3. The tariffs for the use of Sporting Facilities 2023/24 financial year.
  4. The hire charges for the Community Centre 2023/24 financial year.
  5. The projects for 2023/24 financial year.
  6. The closure dates for the Civic Office & Community Centre over the Christmas/New Year period.
6. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. To update the Staffing Panel Terms of Reference to include authorisation of the Clerks’ Annual Leave.
  2. The amendments to the Service Agreement with Washingborough Bowling Club.
  3. The replacement or removal of Ferry Lane notice board, following accidental damage.
  4. LALC Training Sessions.
  5. Request from Cllr Peck regarding donations for benches for the play park.
  6. Consultation regarding changes to RAF Waddington Air Space.
  7. Updates from Working Parties:
