1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 16th June 2021 to be approved as the minutes.
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum.
4. Clerks Report:
  1. To request a ‘one-off’ grass cut of Pynder Close/Granson way, while the work to find any further grassed areas with no owner is complete
  2. To advise that a decision needs to be made with regard to the use of the road or green area for the poppy laying ceremony for this year due to time constraints for road closures and not holding a Council meeting in August.
5.To receive the notes and resolve the recommendations from Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting – 12th July 2021.
6. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. A request from the village Community Group to have memorial bench (at their cost), when one of the current benches needs replacing
  2. Replacement of the current Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Consultation
  3. LALC Training Courses
  4. Updates from working parties;
    1. Litter picking volunteers
    2. Community Centre Bar
    3. Play Equipment
  5. e. The use of the Pavilion and Community Centre, (to include basic risk assessments with any additional items regarding Covid-19 that Council wishes to continue with) following the Government announcement of the move out of ‘lockdown’.
7. Planning Matters – to resolve any comments on the following applications received:
  1. 21/1007: Church House, 14 High Street – work to trees in conservation area
  2. 21/0918: 54 Lincoln Road – single storey extension (prior notification)
  3. 21/0993: 7 High Street – change of use of summerhouse to office and storage
  4. 21/0897: 2 Thurlby Close – single storey extension
  5. 21/0992: 57 Main Road – change of use to holiday let
  6. 21/0998: 124 Granson Way – erection of garden room & covered BBQ area
  7. 20/1246 and 201247: Poplar Bank Farm, Bardney Road – further information on change of use from agricultural land and buildings to leisure use
8. Financial Matters:
  1. To resolve the payment schedule and to note the salaries, etc payments 
  2. To receive the accounts/budgets for June 2021
  3. To receive and sign the Unity Trust Bank statement as at 30th June 2021
9. Items for Information:
  1. Lincolnshire Police – Community information
10. To resolve moving into Closed Session (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
