4. Clerks Report:
To request a ‘one-off’ grass cut of Pynder Close/Granson way, while the work to find any further grassed areas with no owner is complete
To advise that a decision needs to be made with regard to the use of the road or green area for the poppy laying ceremony for this year due to time constraints for road closures and not holding a Council meeting in August.
5.To receive the notes and resolve the recommendations from Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting – 12th July 2021.

e. The use of the Pavilion and Community Centre, (to include basic risk assessments with any additional items regarding Covid-19 that Council wishes to continue with) following the Government announcement of the move out of ‘lockdown’.
