3. Appointment of the Finance & General Purposes Committee and the respective Chairman and Vice Chairman
4. Appointment of the Staffing Panel and the respective Chairman
5. Appointment of representatives to a Planning Group

  2. The report and recommendations from the Play Equipment Working Party
  3. Parish Council meeting dates for the coming year
  4. Any comments on Branston and Mere Neighbourhood Plan
  5. Request for Donation to Lincolnshire Lowland Search & Rescue Charity
  6. Update to the Pavilion Risk Assessment
14. Planning Matters - To resolve any comments on the following applications received: 
  1. 21/0587: 35 Winchester Drive – demolish snug & utility room and erect single storey side & rear extension.
  2. 21/0637: 15 Cambridge Drive - work to trees, with TPO
15. Financial matters:
  1. To resolve the payment schedule and to note the salaries, etc payments
  2. To receive the accounts/budgets for April 2021
  3. To receive Unity Trust Bank balance of account as at 30th April 2021
  4. To resolve to continue payments as follows
    1. all utility accounts and NEST pension contributions by direct debit
    2. all salaries, HMRC and LGPS by Bac’s
    3. all other payments by Bac’s, wherever possible
