1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 17th November 2021 to be approved as the minutes.
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum.
4. Clerks Report:
  1. To advise that the updated covid regulation regarding masks has been implemented and the Risk Assessments updated.
  2. To advise that the resident enquiring about purchasing the playground slide is still interested.
  3. To advise that the Bowls and Tennis Clubs have been invited to review their agreements and will forward dates shortly.
  4. To advise that surveys and quotes have been requested for an upgrade of the CCTV and Intruder Alarm.
  5. To advise that a request has been sent to LCC, via Cllr Cawrey, regarding the old Station Sign.
5. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. The tree survey and quote for associated work, of the Village Green and the Penfold.
  2. The upgrade options for the Ricoh photocopier/printer, which is nearing the end of its rental agreement.
  3. The quote for work to a failed flood light on the MUGA and to replace the current exterior light at Chapel Park car park.
  4. Request from the Netball Club regarding the cleaning of the MUGA.
  5. Updates from working parties
    1. Play Equipment – to include
      1. to extend the remit of the working party to include - the full procurement process, to carry out further consultation on quotations received and to oversee the work undertaken by the selected contractor
      2. the decision from the grant application;
    2. Jubilee Celebrations
    3. Community Centre Bar – to include
      1. update on the cleaning/decoration of the bar areas
      2. the application to vary a premises licence to specify a DPS under the Licensing Act 2003
    4. Additional Useage of the Pavilion.
    5. Wi-Fi Coverage of the Community Centre & Pavilion.
