1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 6th May 2021 to be approved as the minutes.
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum.
4. To note the resignation of Cllr Mrs Parker.
5. Clerks Report:
  1. Update on Scarecrow Festival.
  2. Update on the Branston Traffic Calming Diversion.
  3. Update on the Washingborough Railway Station Sign
6. To sign off the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2020/21 Documentation:
  1. To note the internal audit report – AGAR page 3,
  2. Section 1 – Annual Governance Statement – AGAR page 4,
  3. Section 2 – Accounting Statements – AGAR page 5,
  4. To note the dates for the Notice of Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance and  Accountability Return.
7. To note the Internal Audit for the financial year to the end of March 2021 conducted 13th May 2021 and the associated recommendations. 
8. To discuss any comments on, make amendments to and formally adopt the updated NALC Model Standing Orders and the updated Terms of Reference.
9. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. A resident’s correspondence regarding grass cutting of an area on Pynder Close.
  2. A resident’s request for a Christmas Tree on the grassed area of Main Road/Oak Hill, with the Council  providing an electric point.
  3. Utility Aid – free energy audit and invoice validation offer.
  4. Offer of Assistance with the Councils website, supported by LALC.
  5. Request to site an ‘Eskimoo’ Milkshakes Mobile in the Community Centre car park for a maximum of two days per month.
  6. LCC Constitutional Parades Awareness Training with regard to Remembrance Events and the road closure for the Poppy Laying Ceremony.
  7. The way forward with regard to Councils request for Volunteer Litter Pickers.
10. Planning Matters – to resolve any comments on the following applications received:
  1. 21/0838: 8 Reading Close – erection of single storey extension & proposed garage conversion to a dwelling.
  2. 21/0742: 15 Becket Close – first floor extension over garage & conversion of garage to domestic living Space.
11. Financial Matters:
  1. To resolve the payment schedule and to note the salaries, etc payments.
  2. To receive the accounts/budgets for May 2021.
  3. To receive and sign the Unity Trust Bank statement as at 31st May 2021.
12. Items for Information:
  1. Environment Agency: Grass Cutting – reduce flood risk
13. To resolve moving into Closed Session (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
