1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 21st July 2021 to be approved as the minutes.
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum.
4. Clerks Report:
  1. ESPO Energy prices.
  2. Change of Name for Came & Co Local Government Insurance.
  3. Update on Remote Meetings
5. To receive the notes and recommendations from Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting – 11 October 2021.
6. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. The report and proposed recommendations from Cllr Kent’s attendance at LALC AGM & Conference.
  2. The request from Cllr Peck regarding NKDC’s help with Local Businesses and Noticeboards.
  3. The opportunity to request free trees from the Woodland Trust.
  4. Request for support for a Traffic Regulation Order on Church Hill.
  5. The communication from the tennis club regarding security of the club.
  6. The request from NKDC Leisure & Cultural Services to see if there is any interest from voluntary groups to care for the various pieces of artwork in the village.
  7. The request from the Guides regarding lighting and nuisance visitors in Chapel Park.
  8. The offer of salt bags from LCC.
  9. Bar Service from K-Bars
  10. Updates from working parties
    1. Play Equipment – to include ratification of the clerk as the signatory for the FCC Grant and the Parish Council as the 3rd party funder.
