Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee Meeting held on Monday 11 July 2022 at 2pm.

08. APOLOGIES, DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATION:

09. NOTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING held on the 11 April 2021 had previously been circulated and were approved for signature as the Minutes.
10. MATTERS OUTSTANDING: none.
11. REVIEW COUNCILS RISK ASSESSMENT:
The Risk Register was reviewed with the following amendments
- 1.2 'Assistant Clerk in place' added to 'methods to reduce risk' column and
- 2.4 risk reduced to 'low' as new accounting system in place.
12. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
- The first quarter financial statements were discussed and it was agreed to move money from Forward Plan to the Administration budget to cover the Scribe Accounting service.
- The bank reconciliations were proposed, seconded and resolved.
13. CCTV AND INTRUDER ALARM RECOMMENDATIONS:
It was agreed to set up a working party to look into the costs of having an internet connection for the Pavilion and the project will be on hold until this has been investigated. The working party members are ClIrs Kent, Simons & Peck.
14. Under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Councillors resolved to move into closed session for the following items: NONE
