  1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
    1. apologies and reasons for absence
    2. declarations of interest
    3. applications for dispensation
  2. Notes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on the 11 July 2022 to be approved as the minutes.
  3. Matters Outstanding.
  4. To review Councils’ Risk Register.
  5. To receive the second quarter financial statements, including the Bank Reconciliation.
  6. To discuss the CCTV & Alarm quotes for recommendation to Council.
  7. To discuss the quote for replacement of the windows in the kitchen and small hall.
  8. To agree the associated dressings for the windows.
  9. To discuss a recommendation for tariffs for the use of sporting facilities.
  10. To discuss a recommendation for the Community Centre Hire Charges.
  11. To discuss recommendations for projects for 2023/24 financial year.
  12. To recommend the Christmas / New Year Closure Dates.
