  1. To elect a Chairman for the Finance and General Purposes Committee.

 

  1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
    1. apologies and reasons for absence
    2. declarations of interest
    3. applications for dispensation
  2. Notes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on the 8th April 2024 to be approved as the minutes.

 

  1. Matters Outstanding.

 

  1. To review Councils’ Risk Register.

 

  1. To receive the first quarter financial statements.

 

  1. To receive the bank reconciliation.

 

  1. To start looking for grants to go towards the replace of the Community Centre outer door with an accessible one.

 

  1. To discuss a possible plan, should the Environmental Agency agree for the Council to install a new culvert over the South Delph.

 

  1. To advise of the current situation regarding the local government salary increase for 2024/25.
