2. Notes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on the 10th January 2022 to be approved as the minutes.

3. Matters Outstanding.

4. To review Councils’ Risk Register.

5. To receive the fourth quarter financial statements, including the Bank Reconciliation.

6. To agree movement to Earmarked Reserves.

7. To agree to adopt the NALC Model Financial Regulations.
