AGENDA
- Public Forum.
 - Reports from NKDC and LCC Councillors.
 
- In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
 
- Apologies and reason for absence.
 - Declarations of interest.
 - Applications for dispensation.
 
2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 13th December 2023 to be approved as the minutes.
- To discuss matters raised at Public Forum. (Any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).
 
- Clerks Report:
 
- To note that the B1190 Road closure by Anglian Water for the pipeline project scheduled for January has been cancelled due to the programme of works changing.
 - To note that the B1190 Main Road between Church Hill & High Street will be closed from the 12th – 14th February by Anglian Water for remedial carriageway repairs.
 - To note that the culvert at the rear of the playfields has been removed by the Internal Drainage Board due to it collapsing and causing an obstruction.
 - To note that the Public Notice for the Washingborough B1190, 40 mph speed limit is now being advertised.
 - To note that the application for the work to the Maple tree on the village green has been received by NKDC and is in it’s 21-day comments period.
 
- To receive the notes from the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on 8th January 2024 and to resolve the following recommendations:
 
- The purchase of grass cutting equipment for the tractor with the money to come from forward plan earmarked reserves.
 - To have both MUGA courts cleaned and relined with the monies coming from playing fields and pavilion earmarked reserves.
 - The grant budget cap to be £1,750.00 this being the amount received for the siting of the mobile phone mast.
 - The recommendation for the precept for 2024/2025 is £205,000.
 
- To discuss and resolve the following items:
 
- The request from Cllr Cawrey following her contact with a resident regarding inappropriate parking on Oak Hill.
 - To hold the scarecrow festival during summer 2024.
 - The report from the flooding working party and any actions to be taken.
 
- Planning Matters:
 
- To resolve any comments on the following applications received: None.
 - To ratify comments on the following applications returned under Clerks delegated powers:
 
- 23/1205/TCA The Rectory, Church Haill, Washingborough. Work to trees.
 
- To note the decisions from NKDC on the following applications:
 
- 23/1128/HOUS 7 School Lane, Washingborough. Notification received from NKDC that this application was approved.
 
- Financial Matters:
 
- To resolve the payment schedule for January 2024 and to note the salaries payments. (to follow)
 - To receive the accounts and budgets for December 2023.
 - To receive the Unity Trust Bank statement for December 2023.
 - To update the bank mandate signatories for Council’s bank accounts.
 
- Items for information: None.
 
- To propose the facilitator for the February 2024 Parish Council meeting.
 
- To resolve moving into closed session. (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
