AGENDA

1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. apologies and reason for absence,
  2. declarations of interest,
  3. applications for dispensation.
2. Draft notes of the Annual Parish Council meeting held on 17th May 2023 to be approved as the minutes
3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum (any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting)
4. Clerks Report (for information only)
  1. To advise that we are in receipt of the NK Plan 2023 — 2026, which is available for viewing in the Parish Office.
  2. To note that the tree report has been carried out at the Fen Road site. Work is required to reduce an Ash tree to a 4m stump. The next inspection is due in May 2028.
  3. The failed lights at the Community Centre have been replaced.
  4. The litter bins at the precinct and Chapel Park have been upgraded.
5. To review and resolve the following policies:
  1. Terms of Reference,
  2. Financial Regulations,
  3. Councillor Vacancies Policy,
  4. Creation, revision and review of documents policy,
  5. Suggested review schedule for policies.
6. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. To advise that Washingborough Bowling Club Committee have agreed in principle that they
    1. will be responsible for any sewage costs, relating to the pipework from the Bowls pavilion to the main drain.
    2. Accept any maintenance/repair costs for the electricity from the Bowling Club to the electricity housing.
    3. The Bowling Club would prefer to use a small area of council land for their grass clippings and for the Council's groundsman to remove and dispose of these during the winter period, at a cost of £17.80 per hour which will be met by the Bowling Club. This cost will be reviewed to reflect any staffing increases on a yearly basis.
  2. The request from Washingborough Tennis Club to assist with payment for a new net at a cost of £66.79 and consider the line repainting of the public tennis court on the MUGA.
  3. An email received from a resident regarding a council owned tree on the village green.
  4. To consider the cutting of grass on the large grass verge sited on Main Road / Policeman's Lane, which is neither the responsibility of LCC or NKDC,
  5. To agree a new working party to review current polices and production of new policies as required.

8. Financial Matters.
  1. To resolve the payment schedule for June 2023 and note the salaries payments (to follow),
  2. To receive the accounts and budgets for May 2023.
  3. To receive and sign the Unity Trust Bank statement for May 2023.
  4. To resolve the quotation of £360 for tree works as per item 4b.
  5. To note the payment of £1094.13 from the Community Infrastructure Levey (CIL) and to resolve how this could be spent.
