AGENDA

  1. Public Forum.
  2. Reports from NKDC and LCC Councillors.

 

  1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. Apologies and reason for absence.
  2. Declarations of interest.
  3. Applications for dispensation.

 

  1. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 20th March 2024 to be approved as the minutes.

 

  1.  To discuss matters raised at Public Forum. (Any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).

 

  1. To resolve the applications for Co-option to the Parish Council from Mrs A Nixon and Mr A Fraser.

 

  1. Clerks Report:
  1. To note the resignation of Councillor Gibbons.
  2. To note that the new cutters for the tractor have been delivered.
  3. To advise that Councillors should be using their new gov.uk emails.
  4. To note the receipt of emails, from a parishioner.

 

  1. To receive the notes from the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on 8th April 2024 and to resolve the following recommendations:
  1. To authorise the movement of earmarked reserves.

 

  1. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. The request from the Camping and Caravanning Club to hire Council Facilities. (Members of the club will be present to answer any questions)
  2. Policing priorities setting.
  3. The update from the Flooding Working Party.

 

  1. Planning Matters:
  1. To resolve any comments on the following applications received:
  1. 24/0432/TCA  24 High Street. Works to trees in Conservation Area.

 

  1. To ratify comments on the following applications returned under Clerks delegated powers:
  1. 24/0208/HOUS West Lodge, 14 Manor Road. Erection of shed to front of the property and installation of 14 no. solar panels.  Washingborough Parish Council has no comment to make.

 

  1. To note the decisions from NKDC on the following applications: None.

 

  1. Financial Matters:
  1. To resolve the payment schedule for April 2024 and to note the salaries payments. (to follow)
  2. To receive the accounts and budgets for March 2024.
  3. To receive the Unity Trust Bank statement for March 2024.
  4. To resolve the quotation for an annual maintenance contact for the intruder alarm and CCTV system from Safe & Sound Security Systems Links Ltd.
  5. To ratify the move from a NAS storage drive to a cloud storage system for the office shared files.

 

  1. Items for information: None.

 

  1. To propose the facilitator for the May full Parish Council meeting.

 

  1. To resolve moving into closed session. (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)

 

  1. Grants:

To consider the grant applications received from the Penfold Players and Washingborough Bowls Club.
