  1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
    1. apologies and reason for absence.
    2. declarations of interest.
    3. applications for dispensation.
  2. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 21st June 2023 to be approved as the minutes.
  3. To discuss matters raised at Public Forum (any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).
  4. Clerks Report (for information only).
    1. To note that paperwork has been received from Land Registry regarding the grass verge sited on Main Road (item 24d notes of June meeting)
  5. To receive the notes from the Finance & General Purposes Committee Meeting of 10 July 2023.
  6. To discuss and resolve the following items:
    1. Support for the Witham Valley Access Project and, if resolved agree representatives to attend their meeting on Monday 18 September at 7pm at Fiskerton Village Hall.
    2. To take up the offer of the LCC Litter picking equipment scheme
    3. To review the use of the Community Centre car park by a resident to serve drinks and snacks from a horse box, which was initially agreed for three months.
    4. Consultation regarding the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.
    5. To note the arboricultural risk report for the trees on the Village Green and Penfold. Further to item 24c from the full Parish {council} meeting held on 21st June 2023, the Maple sited on the Village Green would benefit from pruning as branches are now touching the adjacent property
  7. To review and resolve the following Policies:
