  1. Public Forum.
  2. Reports from NKDC and LCC Councillors.

 

  1. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
  1. Apologies and reason for absence.
  2. Declarations of interest.
  3. Applications for dispensation.

 

  1. Draft notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 17th June 2026 to be approved as the minutes.

 

  1.  To discuss matters raised at Public Forum. (Any items raised that need resolution will become an agenda item for the next Full Council meeting).

 

  1. Clerks Report:
  1. To note the Minerals & Waste document from LCC.
  2. To note that the annual emergency lighting inspection and PAT testing has been carried out & we are waiting for the report.

 

  1. To receive the notes from the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on Wednesday 8th July 2026. (for information only)

 

  1. To discuss and resolve the following items:
  1. The report from Cllr Redgrift regarding the play equipment and to request a meeting with Kompan following the playground inspections.
  2. The resignation of Mrs L Simons.
  3. The results of the Archer Speed Survey on Fen Road & Church Hill.
  4. To appoint another member to the HBW working party.

 

  1. Planning Matters:
  1. To resolve any comments on the following applications received:
  1. 26/0762/ADV: 5 The Precinct, Park Lane – Retrospective consent for siting internal freestanding floor mounted illuminated Totem display sign with 55inch digital screens.
  2.  
  1. To ratify comments on the following applications returned under Clerks delegated powers:
  1. 26/0748/TCA: The Meadows, Church Hill – G1- Conifers – Previously maintained in a hedge.  Reduce road side back to stem, up to 5.2m following highways recommendations, trim back any canopy higher than 5.2m by a maximum of 1.5 to create a hedge like appearance from the road. Washingborough Parish Council had no comment to make.

 

 

  1. To note the decisions from NKDC on the following applications:
  1. 26/0128/VARCON: Rookery House, Church Hill – Application to vary conditions 2 (materials) and 6 (approved plans) attached to planning permission 24/1105/HOUS to amend the scheme including alterations to the first floor element of the south extension and revised materials. Approved.

 

  1. Policies:
  1. To review the Councillor Vacancies Policy.
  2. To review the Smoke Free Policy.
  3. To review the Safeguarding Policy.
  4. To review the Disciplinary and Grievance.

 

  1. Financial Matters:
  1. To resolve the payment schedule for July 2026 and to note the salaries payments. (to follow)
  2. To receive the accounts and budgets for June 2026.
  3. To receive the Unity Trust Bank statement for June 2026.
  4. To agree to purchase 5 hours of the Webmaster Service from LALC.
  5. To agree the necessary remedial work following the fire alarm and FCU Inspections by Selmec.

 

  1. To resolve moving into closed session. (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
