1 The Annual Parish Meeting is the annual meeting at which parishioners are invited to meet the council and receive a report on the activities of the council. The Annual Parish Council Meeting is the first council meeting following the normal local election date (first Thursday in May) for that year. At this meeting, Washingborough Parish Council will elect a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Committee members and representatives to outside bodies.
All meetings are subject to extenuating circumstances.
