Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 8th July 2026 at 2pm in the Civic Office, Fen Road, Washingborough, Lincoln. LN4 1AB.

01–26/27. In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, to receive:
a. Apologies and reasons for absence – Cllr K Newton.
b. Declarations of interest were received from - None
c. Applications for dispensation - None
02-26/27. Draft notes of the Finance and General Purposes meeting on 8th April 2026
were proposed, seconded and resolved for signing as the minutes.
03-26/27. Matters outstanding: None.
04-26/27.Review of Councils risk register:
The Risk Register was reviewed and agreed that no amendments were necessary.
055-26/27. Financial Accounts:
The first quarter financial accounts were discussed with no issues raised and were proposed, seconded and resolved.
06-26/27. Review of Budgets:
The budgets were reviewed with no concerns raised, and were proposed, seconded and resolved.
07-26-27. Bank reconciliation:
The bank reconciliations for April, May and June were proposed, seconded and resolved for signature.
08-26/27. Movement of Earmarked Reserves:
The clerk advised that the had been no movement at this time.
09-26/27. Update on the Football Service Level Agreement:
Documentation from HBW had been received and the working party will be discussing this further and will be brought to the October F&GP meeting.
10-26/27. Update from the booking, hire agreement working Patry
Work is ongoing with this item and will be brought to the October F&GP meeting.
11-26/27.Under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Councillors resolved to move into closed session for the following items: None.
