2. Notes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on the 8th April 2026 to be approved as the minutes.
3. Matters Outstanding.
4. To review and update Councils’ Risk Register.
5. To receive the first quarter financial statements.
6. To consider any issues with the budgets.
7. To resolve and sign the bank reconciliation for April, May and June.
8. To consider any movement to or from earmarked reserves.
9. An update from the football service level agreement working party.
10. An update from the booking hire agreement working party.
