April 2022 Minutes of F&GP
Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Committee Meeting held on Monday 11th April 2022 at 2pm.

51. APOLOGIES, DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATION:
- APOLOGIES: were received from ClIr Aspinall
- DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: none
- APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATION: none
52. NOTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING held on the 10th January 2021 had previously been circulated and were resolved for signature as the Minutes.
53. MATTERS OUTSTANDING:
- The interactive speed sign is now in use.
- The review meeting with the Tennis Club has taken place.
54. REVIEW COUNCILS RISK ASSESSMENT:
The Risk Register was reviewed and no amendments needed.
55. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
The fourth quarter financial statements were discussed and advised that the percentage spend was 86%, of the full years precept. No queries were raised. The bank reconciliations were proposed, seconded and resolved.
56. MOVEMENT OF MONIES TO EARMARKED RESERVES:
The movement of monies to and from Earmarked Reserves will be recommended, for resolution to Council.
57. ADOPTION OF THE NALC MODEL FINANCIAL REGULATIONS:
The model financial regulations were reviewed and will be recommended to Council for adoption
